Working from home definitely comes with its challenges, especially getting enough activity during the day. So in an effort to remedy this, I have recently acquired a fitbit. There is something about seeing my activity level in real time (...or lack there of) that is extremely motivating. Also, did you know that you can start challenges with your friends? As a fairly competitive person, I love that particular feature. I'd love to hear y'alls thoughts on activity logging devices - yay or nay?
