1 x 4: SUEDE SKIRT NO. 4

For the fourth and last look in this installment of 1 x 4 I decided to go a little edgier. Two of my other favorite pieces in my closet are this Asos crop top and my Zara booties that I picked up last summer in London. I love how mixing all of these basic pieces together is simple, but still chic. What did yall think of this series? Any suggestions for what I should pick for the piece??

1 x 4: SUEDE SKIRT NO. 3

I've loved the idea of eating farm to table, but I never really knew where to start. So I was super excited when I discovered Urban Acres Farmstead in Oakcliff. In a nut shell,  Urban Acres is a Dallas Co-op that provides  about 1,500 lbs of produce from over 50 farms to each of its produce share customers. It's only been a couple of weeks, and I can already see a change in my eating habits. But when I pick up my veggies, I can still indulge my sweet tooth...if amazing homemade ice cream is more your speed than broccoli make sure and check out the Melt pop up shop (open through October). 

In case you missed the memo, I have been styling this suede mini skirt once a week for my 1 x 4 series (1 piece 4 ways) and this is week three! I kept it casual with my favorite chambray shirt and a pair of converse. PS. Isn't this Barrington tote bag adorable - they just came out with their new fall pattern and I am drooling!

So in case you missed last weeks post, I am introducing a new blog series called '1 x 4' where over the course of 4 weeks I will style 1 piece 4 different ways. It is week two and I am still so in love with this skirt! Today I styled it with my favorite Blaque Label cami & Clare V. cross-body for a weekend brunch with some girlfriends. Today I am introducing a new blog series called '1 x 4' where over the course of 4 weeks I will style 1 piece 4 different ways. Button front skirts have been a huge trend for summer, so the first piece up is this suede mini skirt. The 70s are heavy influence on my fall wardrobe plans, and having this skirt in heavy rotation is no exception. For today's look I decided to play up the back to school vibe with these pointed toe loafers & structured cross-body. Come back next Monday for the second look! PS.
