I recently picked up a pair of heart shaped sunglasses and am completely obsessed. They are the perfect piece of whimsy to introduce into my summer wardrobe. I'm already stalking my next pair from Urban Outfitters and these House of Harlow ones are too cute!

Weekend To Do List 6.21.13

This week has been all about transitions-a change of address, hotter temperatures, and most importantly a new job. I feel like I've hit this new phase of my life with a running start and couldn't be happier.

This weekend is my best friend Adrienne's birthday! We're hitting some major Dallas spots including  Cedar Social for dinner and cocktails at the Belmont. Saturday will be spent poolside testing out some fab new Pinterest recipes I've been dying to try (stay tuned for more on how they turn out).

This is probably one of my all time favorite dresses from Elly's Couture. The missoni-esque rainbow zig zags are so bright and fun for summer! This dress can easily be converted from daytime to night by simply adding some heels and accessories--which is perfect for my hectic summer time schedule!

There is no better investment than a little black dress. This dress from Rachel Pally immediately caught my eye because of the unique cutout in the back. I love clothes that are sure to leave an impression on their way out the door.

Summer time and the livings easy! Maxi dresses are my go to look of the season. They are great for daytime and easily transition for a night out. Cynthia Vincent is one of my favorite designers and her maxi dresses for this season are to die for!

As far as graduation pictures go, standing in front of the columns on the quad is the gold standard for the University of Missouri. No landmark is more iconically Mizzou and it was such a fun day of shooting! I'm so glad that I will have these pictures to look back on to remember my time at school.
